Trance & Emblem brings together six Bay Area artists we've been eager to collaborate with in an intuitively curated exhibit that delves into the meditative connections between artists, audiences, and the presented artworks. From the dreamy surrealism of Lise Silva Gomes' paintings, to the asemic writing infused work of Valentín Gatica, to Rebecca Kaufman’s Op-Art-inspired vortexes, this show aims to create an immersive, almost hallucinatory experience. The exhibit branches in various directions, yet remains cohesively tied together in all the right places.
